The Portwest fit test adapter kit is compatible with all Portwest half-masks and full-face masks with bayonet cartridge connections. This kit allows you to easily and accurately perform quantitative fit tests, ensuring that the respirator is properly fitted to the wearer. Place the adapter between the respirator mask and the P3 filter, and follow standard quantitative procedures using a Portacount particle counter device. The kit comes with an adapter equipped with a small sampling tube, which passes through the respirator's inhalation valve and takes a sample in the breathing zone, ensuring reliable results. The fit test adapter should only be used with P3 filters.
