This self-retracting block includes a 4.8 mm metal wire rope retractable lifeline stored in a spool within a protective housing. The spool integrates an inertia braking mechanism, which allows the lifeline to be withdrawn slowly and retracts automatically to accommodate the movements of the user's body. It also includes a swivel hook with double safety lock and fall indicator, as well as a swivel carabiner with double safety lock and fall indicator.
